A friend of my husband who sold his own house (FSBO) in Willow Glenn had retained the services of a Consumer Drone company to develop a video for his house. He was featuring this video in a website the owner had created.
Granted this seller is very tech savvy and develops WordPress websites for a living, but these are interesting trends to watch for since with the rise of home prices, paying $60,000 in commissions on a $1M listing is not seeing well with most sellers who can buy 2 more homes with that commission check.
Ironically these sellers are now moving to North Carolina where the $60,000 they have saved will indeed buy them 2 more houses.
